Upon joining Whole Latte Love, I inherited a small marketing team of a social media content coordinator and a product photographer. The challenge was to strategically build a team of skilled creatives and develop lifestyle-driven content that aligned with the brand’s goals—all on a limited budget. I expanded the team to include critical roles such as a graphic designer, marketing coordinator, senior graphic designer, lifestyle photographer, and copywriter. By leveraging creativity and resourcefulness, I directed the creation of on-trend, engaging imagery using everyday spaces and personal networks, successfully elevating the brand's identity while maximizing every dollar.

By leveraging innovative strategies and a collaborative team dynamic, I achieved significant results that transformed Whole Latte Love’s brand identity and performance. I surpassed email revenue goals by 20–35% each month, utilizing customer insights, testing, and cutting-edge industry practices.
